At Paracon, we will stand with you to help through every step of the process. We are a California-based company providing high-level consulting services to major wireless telecommunications carriers, vendors, and property owners since our incorporation in 2004.


We strive to be the connector between the wireless telecommunications carriers and property owners to negotiate a mutually beneficial agreement and develop a thoughtfully designed cell site that will serve the community for decades.



Paracon was founded with the mission to revitalize the experience between wireless carriers and property owners during the site acquisition process. Paracon is derived from the Greek word parakletos meaning “helper” and con in Spanish meaning “with.” At Paracon, we will stand with you to help through every step of the process.


Our past and present clients have included AT&T, ​Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, DISH Wireless, Samsung, Ericsson, SBA Communications, American Tower Corp, Crown Castle, Vertical Bridge, and Centerline Communications as well as collaborations with many industry vendors and hundreds of property owners.

Richard Tang has over 27 years of combined experience in the wireless telecommunication industry, site acquisition, zoning, and real estate. He founded Paracon, Inc. in 2004 on the realization that site acquisition consultants in the wireless industry were "a dime a dozen." His mission was to revitalize the experience between wireless carriers and property owners. He strives for a long-term partnership of trust and respect between the carriers and property owners.
